Pearl Cluster Flower Buttons
These pearl cluster flower buttons put three details in one small piece: a gold-tone metal flower, a cluster of six faux pearls at the centre, and a resin base cut with a soft scalloped edge so the outline reads as a second, larger flower behind the first. The result sits slightly raised off the fabric and catches light from the side, which is why this style tends to end up on coats, cardigans and jackets rather than on shirts.

How to sew them on
Mark your button position, then stitch through the shank loop six to eight times with doubled thread, keeping the stitches small and tight on the wrong side. Leave a tiny amount of slack — about the thickness of your fabric — so the button can seat properly over the buttonhole without pulling. Finish with two or three knots under the button. Care tips
Because these are shank buttons with set pearls and a plated flower, treat them as you would a piece of jewellery. Remove them before machine washing heavy garments, or hand wash the garment cool and lay it flat to dry. Never press a hot iron directly onto the pearls or the gold-tone flower — iron around them, or place a cloth over the area.
