Care

Hand wash garments with these buttons where you can, or use a gentle machine cycle with the garment inside a laundry bag. Avoid bleach, solvents and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the sheen, and iron around the buttons rather than over them. A wipe with a soft dry cloth is enough to bring the shine back.

Please note

The pearlescent effect is created in the resin itself, so the fine silky streaks across each face fall in a different direction on every button and the depth of the sheen varies a little from piece to piece. Shade can also differ slightly between production batches. This is normal for pearlescent resin and is what keeps the buttons from looking machine-flat, so please allow for it when matching an existing button.
